Partner with Sales, Ops, Account Management, Channel, and Finance across quote to cash process.
Ensure pricing and deal accuracy.
Calculate and validate pricing for new and renewal deals, including discounts, bundles, tiered pricing, and multi-year structures.
Ensure all pricing aligns with approved price lists, discount thresholds, and commercial policies.
Identify pricing discrepancies, calculation errors, or policy deviations and resolve them prior to deal submission.
Maintain accuracy across quotes, order forms, and deal documentation.
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Commercial Ops to interpret and apply policies consistently.
Serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Sales Ops, and Commercial Operations on deal structure and pricing questions.
Provide guidance to Sales on compliant deal configurations and pricing scenarios.
Assist in improving deal desk processes, templates, and tools to reduce errors and cycle time.
Provide field team with guidance and support around deal structuring and quote requests, from initial quote to final order.
Ensure compliance with Legal, Business, and Mark43 operational and discount policies.
Build tools and reference guides for field-guided selling.
Be a critical enabler of deal formation and execution, focusing on minimizing sales cycle times.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales or Sales Operations (with particular focus on pricing and quoting).
Familiarity with CPQ tools and contract/order workflows.
Experience working in a regulated, public sector, or policy-driven environment.
Experience at a B2B SaaS company; government sales (B2G) experience preferred.
Fluency in Confluence, Microsoft Office, Jira, CPQ, Salesforce, and Contract Management systems. Experience with multiple CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ or similar) preferred.
Experience building with AI a plus.
