Requirements
Proven experience managing campaigns and automations using the WhatsApp Business API or related third‑party platforms
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM
Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing
Familiarity with WhatsApp channel best practices and policies
Required tools: Automations via WhatsApp Business API or related third‑party platforms
Preferred tools: Adobe Campaign
