Role Overview
- Ensuring the Outsourcing framework is implemented and integrated across Unzer entities in accordance with the relevant EBA and other EU regulations such as German or Danish regulations.
- Be the group/local expert and support to the teams in outsourcing related matters.
- Continually assess the Outsourcing Framework and propose changes to meet all internal and external (regulatory, risk and control requirements).
- Responsible for the Outsourcing strategy.
- Further development and maintaining Unzer Outsourcing governance.
- Support with the risk assessment of (material) outsourcing contracts.
- Be the liaison to the internal and external audits as well as other audits in the area of outsourcing management.
- Implementation and monitoring of training and risk awareness programs.
- Monitoring, control and documentation of outsourced activities and processes of Unzer as well as other external procurement of services.
Requirements
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements around Vendor/Third Party and/or Outsourcing
- A sound knowledge of risk management/internal control and experience in setting up and/or management a risk management framework
- Understanding of one of the EU regulations, preferably German or Danish regulations.
- Experience working in an agile working environment.
- Enjoy collaborating with people with different backgrounds and visions, towards the same goal, in a complex environment.
- The skill set to interpret regulations, present conclusions and plans in both oral an in writing to various stakeholders.
- Languages: working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
