Provide weekly forecasts with detailed deal analysis and rigorous qualification
Ensure strategic and high-value deals have the appropriate pursuit strategies and organizational alignment
Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and enablement
Engage directly with strategic customers and complex enterprise deals
Lead regular business reviews with regional sales teams
Represent Kasten at industry events to build brand awareness and generate pipeline
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and deal operations teams on major deals
Requirements
10+ years enterprise software sales experience with demonstrated technical depth, and/or 5+ years of front-line sales management
Proven ability to lead and motivate both field and inside sales teams
Track record of building and scaling sales organizations while consistently exceeding revenue targets
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage on infrastructure and cloud-native topics
Experience in a combined field and inside sales operating model
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Americas region
