Requirements
- C2 level of German and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
- 2 years of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.

- Education: BA/BS degree required; Master's degree or advanced professional certification is highly desirable.
- High-Impact Target Attainment: Extensive history of consistently achieving and surpassing challenging sales quotas. Must possess deep expertise in persuasive negotiation and a demonstrated capacity for driving significant individual revenue and market share gains in high-velocity sectors of different verticals. Proficient resilience and ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Advanced Client Advocacy: Significant experience as a senior, customer-facing subject matter expert, specifically designing and implementing service protocols that resolve systemic client friction and substantially enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
