Requirements
- C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
- 18 months of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.
- Skilled at creating digital marketing strategies for all customers sizes.
- Education: A BA/BS degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating transferable skills.
- Sales and Target Achievement: Proven success in sales, with a strong ability to rapidly influence and convince clients. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and possess the resilience to achieve high-volume sales results.
- Client Focus and Service: Strong customer-facing experience is essential, particularly in a service-focused capacity. Prior experience in customer service, specifically resolving client issues and enhancing the overall customer experience, is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly to a changing environment, new challenges, and shifting priorities.

- French Market Expertise: Deep understanding of French market, culture, and business practices.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Capability to identify high-potential companies, analyze market trends/customer data, and solve complex problems.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport, trust, and manage complex stakeholder structures (including agencies and sceptic customers) within the French market, leveraging cultural awareness.
- Digital Marketing & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the French digital marketing ecosystem, Google Ads positioning, ROI/integration discussions, and local data privacy regulations (GDPR) for compliance.
