Requirements
Language Skills: C2 level of Spanish. Good level of English (oral and written).
Experience: 12 months of sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Willingness to work independently with support as needed.
CRM experience, able to use CRM tools to maintain customer records and support team efforts.
Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts
Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.
Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player.
Spanish Market Knowledge: understanding of the Spanish business culture and regional differences to establish business relationships and tailor sales strategies.
Familiarity with the key sectors of the Spanish economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding specific industry needs.
Spanish Communication: ability to communicate effectively with Spanish professionals, adapting communication style to the context and interlocutor.
Understanding of the nuances of Spanish business language.
Spanish Legal Knowledge: basic knowledge of Spanish business regulations, including labor and commercial laws, to ensure regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with Spanish data privacy laws (LOPD and GDPR) to adapt communication and data collection strategies.
