Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, ethical design and user-centricity within the organization.
Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability.
Guide and mentor junior designers and internship students.

4+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
Expertise in user experience, user interface, interaction design, and systems thinking.
Strong understanding of design systems and front-end implementation considerations.
Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing data into actionable insights.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
Experience with Figma, FigJam, and research tools like Maze, Hotjor and data analytics.
Experience with front end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Experience with animation frameworks and micro-interactions is a plus.
