You independently handle claims—from cost estimates to invoices—and calculate reimbursements using our software.
You work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who will challenge, support and inspire you.
You help optimize and automate our claims management processes and contribute ideas to further improve the customer experience.
You support our customer service colleagues with claims-related questions—directly contributing to customer satisfaction.
In addition to handling claims, you also take on cross-functional tasks such as phone calls with customers.
As a team, you achieve daily and monthly targets—with focus, structure and team spirit.

Some experience in claims handling or billing—ideally in a dental or insurance-related environment.
A confident, friendly demeanor and clear, empathetic communication.
A structured, independent way of working and good time management.
Confident use of digital tools—MS Office and modern software solutions are familiar to you.
Excellent German (at least C1); English is not required but helpful in our international environment.
