About this role
Role Overview
Develop NLP models (ML-based or rule-based) to support information retrieval and recommendation, particularly within legal documents.
Maintain and monitor these models in production.
Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers’ work across different areas of law, ensuring accurate responses and assisting with drafting tasks.
Collaborate with a range of profiles, including engineers, product managers, and product designers, to identify new product opportunities.
Participate in internal knowledge sharing and consolidation of best practices; contribute to the development of our engineering strategy.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (both classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, with ideally some hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes such as Elasticsearch.
Solid understanding of MLOps challenges, with a strong desire to grow in this area.
A strong interest in artificial intelligence topics.
Willingness to identify, evaluate, and deploy the latest scientific advances into production.
Strong Python development skills, with an emphasis on algorithm design.
Proficiency in French, as you will be working with legal data in French.
