Produce high-quality code on schedule (tests, refactoring, best practices) and debug effectively to fix defects in a durable way
Conduct technical investigations and produce clear, actionable recommendations (impact analysis, causality, debugging approach inspired by Lean principles)
Design and break down features taking project constraints into account (quality, cost, deadlines)
Build end-to-end Data Engineering solutions on Cloud environments: ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, setup and configuration of a data warehouse
Build end-to-end AI / Data Science solutions: R&D iterations (experimental design, training, evaluation), exposing models via an interface, and MLOps fundamentals (serving, production monitoring)
Deliver high-value solutions for our clients, from design to production, on traditional AI topics (prediction, detection…) and/or generative AI (RAG, agents…), across various sectors (healthcare, fintech, retail, public sector…)
Contribute to the development of Theodo Data & AI according to your interests: recruitment, pre-sales, technical marketing, knowledge sharing, internal training…

Degree from an engineering school (Master’s level, Bac+5) with at least 2 years of professional experience
Passionate about AI, coding and data
Comfortable with Python, and curious about Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Value-driven and interested in the client’s business: you don’t do tech for tech’s sake
Demonstrates teaching ability, constructive feedback and relevance in code reviews and pair programming
Shows high standards for code quality
Applies principles of rigor and organization in daily work (e.g., 5S logic)
