Role Overview
- Ensure the stability and availability of our clients' infrastructures
- Respond to production incidents and conduct investigations when technical issues arise
- Produce post-mortems and maintain communication with the client
- Address client questions and provide recommendations to improve the quality of their infrastructure
Requirements
- Strong academic background from an engineering school
- First professional experience with infrastructure/Cloud technologies, notably Kubernetes
- Rigor and the ability to manage stress well
