Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative product solutions
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision, and work cross-functionally across teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the product
Coordinate and manage technical project development at a rapidly growing start-up scale
Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, ensuring resources are appropriately allocated
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the timely delivery of product features and troubleshoot any technical challenges
Monitor product performance by creating appropriate KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement

6+ years of experience in product management
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to organize projects, identify critical paths, analyze resourcing requirements, and execute independently
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
Experience working with international teams and in a startup environment
Excellent teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Computer Science or similar degree
