Working at VNTRS as a Senior Data Engineer you can expect a lot of diversity in your daily tasks (engineering, advising clients, strategic solutions...).
You will mostly be working closely with external clients, with some work including startups from our portfolio.
We will actively let you work on exciting projects to broaden your skillset.
Within the assignments, you will be using a wide range of data engineering technologies, while also being a core part of cross-functional teams.
Depending on the assignment, your opinion will have a big impact when it comes to the solution, but also the scoping of the whole process such as prioritisation, techstacks and architecture.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience working as a data engineer / BI engineer
Data warehousing
Ex: Microsoft Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Data modeling & architecture
Nice-to-have requirements: Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Tools
Ex: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik Sense
Big Data Processing
Ex: Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Google Dataflow
Data Governance & Quality
Data Cataloging, GDPR Compliance, Data Lineage Tools (Collibra, Alation)
