Audit and Assurance Associate

Role Overview

• Lead and execute audit engagements for a diverse array of clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Review audit work papers and financial statements to verify compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and provide recommendations to clients.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
• Mentor and support junior associates as they develop their auditing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• An active CPA license.
• At least 3-5 years of audit experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, GAAS.
• Proficiency in auditing software is essential.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
