Play an active role in business development: identifying opportunities, conducting initial client meetings, preparing technical proposals, and performing diagnostics.
Ensure project structuring, adherence to delivery schedules, deliverables, and client reporting; anticipate risks and propose mitigation measures.
Act as the primary point of contact for client decision-makers and ensure seamless collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Supervise consultants on projects and support their professional development.
Contribute to the firm's internal development through various initiatives (including recruitment, campus management, drafting marketing studies, and alumni network activities).
Requirements
Minimum 5–6 years' experience in industry or a consulting firm, including managerial responsibilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Intrapreneurial mindset and a strong propensity to take initiative.
Excellent written and spoken French and English.
