Role Overview
- Plan and execute content calendars across all relevant platforms
- Create engaging, on-brand social media content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics
- Grow and manage online communities, responding to messages and comments
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
- Work with paid media specialists to support boosted content and ad campaigns
- Report on KPIs, follower growth, and engagement metrics
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and content strategy
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, etc
- Comfortable interpreting analytics and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Knowledge of paid social is a plus
- Email marketing experience is a plus
- A genuine interest in trends, digital culture, and what makes people click.
