About this role
Role Overview
- Technical advocate through the sales cycle
- pre and post sales
- Work closely with Enterprise prospects and customers
- Train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person
- Develop and implement firewall rules and performance strategies
- Collaborate with every team at Cloudflare to aid your customers
- Drive technical discussions and implementations to generate new and expand existing business
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go)
- Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative and recursive), HTTP(S), SSL / TLS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role
- Technical curiosity and passion
- A focus on learning, teaching, collaboration, mentorship, and growth
- Project management, relationship building, and emotional intelligence.
