Lead and deliver complex global IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage project schedules, and resolve obstacles to maintain momentum
Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, timing, staffing, and risk, while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO)
Act as a strategic partner to the business—gathering requirements, supporting demand creation, and contributing to the development of the IT PMO

Solid experience leading large-scale IT projects in global or matrixed environments
Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools
Proven ability to drive business transformation and change initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable in dynamic settings, with a hands-on, flexible approach
Ability to coach others
Relevant academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Business, or Engineering) and preferably certified in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
