Develop and customize Oracle EBS Payroll & Benefits solutions through coding and configuration, focusing on elements like earnings, deductions, tax calculations, and costings.
Create and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) within the payroll & benefits module to meet business and regulatory needs.
Perform development tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS APIs specific to Payroll & benefits functionalities.
Design, build, and manage interfaces between Oracle EBS Payroll and other HR, Financial, and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration points and resolve interface-related issues.
Resolve technical issues in Payroll & benefits, including performance tuning, data discrepancies, and calculation errors.
Prepare and execute test scripts for Payroll & benefits configurations and customizations, ensuring robust integration and accurate calculations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of technical experience in Oracle EBS, with at least 5 years focused on EBS Payroll & Benefits development, particularly for US.
Advanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS APIs specific to Payroll and Benefits.
