About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and acquire SME vendors supplying to ministries, agencies, and GLCs.
Build strong relationships with procurement units and vendor management departments to identify vendor pipelines.
Pitch financing solutions including factoring, term loans, and revolving credit tailored to SME needs.
Organize roadshows and awareness campaigns in collaboration with anchor clients and internal marketing.
Execute marketing and client acquisition initiatives independently.
Manage pipeline reporting, sales performance, and disbursement tracking.
Assist credit and operations teams in understanding vendor business models and documentation.
Monitor market dynamics and policy shifts in public procurement.
Requirements
2–8 years of experience in SME lending or B2B sales.
Hands-on experience with financing products such as factoring, term loans, and revolving credit.
Self-starter with ability to drive acquisition and marketing tasks independently.
Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with ePerolehan and GLC vendor ecosystems is preferred.
