About this role
Role Overview
Develop NLP models (ML-based or otherwise) to support search and information recommendation within legal documents.
Maintain and monitor these models in production.
Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers' work across different legal domains, ensuring accurate responses and supporting drafting tasks.
Collaborate with diverse profiles, including engineers, product managers, and product designers, to identify new product development opportunities.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and consolidation of best practices; help shape our Engineering strategy.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of machine learning (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, with ideally some first-hand experience with LLMs.
Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexing such as Elasticsearch.
A strong interest in artificial intelligence topics.
A drive to identify, analyze, and integrate the latest scientific advances into production.
Proficiency in Python development, with a focus on algorithm development.
Proficiency in French, as you will be working with French legal data.
