Partner with product, revenue, and marketing teams.
Map out customer journeys that make sense

2+ years in lifecycle or email marketing
particularly with email, SMS, and bonus points for WhatsApp, content cards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and making swift, data-backed decisions.
Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot and similar.
High sense of ownership and accountability, capable of driving projects from concept to completion.
Strong English copywriting skills, experience with sales copywriting.
Data guides your strategies but you always keep the customer experience front and center in your mind.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
