Work with the Director, Product Marketing to execute strategic B2B marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the goals of our Wealth Management initiatives, focusing primarily on advisory mix shift growth.
Help develop and maintain relationships with third parties for copywriting, design, and strategy execution.
Support the development and accentuation of unique value propositions while incorporating brand and marketing messages appropriately to drive outsized growth.
Represent the viewpoints of the Wealth Management leadership team, financial advisor, and end client throughout the content creation and strategic planning process with internal partners.
Continually assess the marketing needs of specific Wealth Management business lines, tracking and measuring the effectiveness of implemented marketing plans and campaigns, adjusting as needed to maximize engagement and adoption.
Develop, review, and revise content and messaging to help with targeted sales and education efforts.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles in financial services.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing experience ideally in advisor or product marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of AP Style.
Strong proficiency in a variety of computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Direct experience in B2B wealth management marketing, preferably with an emphasis on advisory business models and asset mix conversion is nice to have.
Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tracking, client relationship management tools, and social media and email marketing platforms is nice to have. Proficiency in Marketo is a plus.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodology is nice to have.
