2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
ideally focused on SMB or mid-market customers.
You're a true hunter: you love identifying, engaging, and closing new customers independently.
You have a solid understanding of business models, buyer personas, and decision-making patterns in smaller/mid-sized companies.
You work in a structured, CRM-driven way and use tools (e.g. Gong, Hubspot, Salesloft) and playbooks effectively.
You communicate clearly, respectfully, and on equal footing — whether with HR, IT, execs, or works councils.
Fluent German (C1+) and good English skills.
You're open to regular onsite presence — for team formats like QBRs or kickoffs, on-site calling days, or in-person customer meetings.
