Oversee data support operations, driving quality, responsiveness, and clear service standards.
Define and track operational SLAs, success metrics, and data quality KPIs.
Drive automation and process optimisation to reduce manual reporting and improve operational efficiency, with added advantage if capable of implementing AI-driven automation solutions.
Lead and govern regulatory and compliance reporting, ensuring precision, timeliness, and full audit readiness.
Establish and enforce data quality and availability standards across BI environments.
Own and optimise the dashboard ecosystem, improving reliability, performance, and user adoption across the organisation.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics Leads to enhance reporting infrastructure and semantic data layers.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess downstream data impacts of product changes, ensuring data readiness and integrity across systems.
Coach and mentor the BI & Data Ops team to build deep technical and operational capabilities.

At least 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Operations, or BI Infrastructure.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and deep expertise with BI and visualisation tools, including performance tuning, data modelling, and governance best practices.
Proven track record in operational governance, automation, and data quality management.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, data engineering, and analytics teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong sense of operational ownership.
