- Play a key role in making services business run smoothly

- Work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and the Operations Team
- Improve and streamline processes for delivery teams
- Manage project execution success, resource planning, skills tracking, and billing workflows
- Serve as a proactive and trusted operational partner
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Certinia (FinancialForce)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication skills to work across teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
- Comfort with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of time-tracking and expense reconciliation
