- Develop new business and manage existing accounts

Requirements
- Degree/master’s degree in engineering or business-related field
- Experience in management consulting
- Exposure to safety, operational risk management, and/or operational excellence
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing, chemicals, power & utilities or oil & gas
- Ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level
- Experience managing diverse and remote teams of consultants
- Ability to manage complex projects from end to end
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Excellent communication skills
