Role Overview
- Complete pre-audit checks on customer information
- Working through pre-audit checks to ensure all required information is collated
- Providing feedback to customers and collating any missing information
- Support customers with areas of improvement for accreditation
- Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided)
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Administrative experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate consistency in applying quality processes and standards
- Ability to identify discrepancies
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Good standard of written English
- Interest in health and safety or compliance (not essential)
