Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge
Requirements
1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry
High School Diploma
3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Proven track record of meetings and exceeding service standards
Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms
Advanced skills in MS Office suite
Bilingual (desirable)
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
