Provide technical support for Philips solutions, including installations, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and related activities at customer sites across Castilla y León
Provide remote and on-site technical support to implementation and project teams
Work closely with Healthcare Information Systems implementation teams during deployment and post go-live, including integration activities, third-party device connectivity, and data exploitation
Act as technical lead for small to medium implementations
Manage technical escalations and ensure timely resolution
Perform remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and drive incident resolution while maintaining clear customer communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with Philips work practices and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or Biomedical Engineering (or other equivalent field)
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Valid driving license required, with the ability and willingness to travel across the Castilla y León area
Experience with healthcare IT products
Strong knowledge of integration standards and technologies such as HL7, FHIR, web services, and related interoperability concepts
Experience working with Oracle and/or SQL databases, Windows operating systems, and remote support tools
Fluent in Spanish with a good level of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to collaborate, and motivated to help improve customer environments
