Support the industrialization of new products, ensuring a smooth transition from development to manufacturing through Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Develop, maintain, and manage product structures, including article coding and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within ERP/PLM systems.
Calculate, monitor, and optimize industrial product costs, identifying value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
Coordinate engineering change management processes and maintain accurate product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor product reliability and component obsolescence, supporting risk mitigation and long-term product sustainability.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and R&D teams to support production activities, component qualification, and continuous product improvement.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in Product Engineering, Industrialization, New Product Introduction (NPI), or similar roles.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycle management, and industrial cost analysis.
Experience working with ERP and/or PLM systems.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, electronic schematics, and mechanical drawings.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
