About this role
Role Overview
Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
Company qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team’s needs.
Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable format.
Requirements
Language Skills: C2 level of Hebrew and English
Over 2 years of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the Israeli market.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Expert spreadsheet skills (ability to create complex pivot tables, macros, and automate tasks).
Strong strategic thinking and market trend analysis skills, with a strong understanding of the Israeli SMB landscape.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems.
Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment.
Strong time management and prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
Extensive CRM experience, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and optimize CRM systems for business growth.
Integrating AI in the day to day workflow and interpreting AI insights for personalized outreach
Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
Able to work independently within a team environment.
Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to strategically analyze market trends and drive business growth.
Identify and qualify high-potential prospects by analyzing firmographics, buyer intent signals, and alignment with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Use sound judgment and critical thinking to differentiate between high-quality leads and low-priority contacts, ensuring only strong opportunities are passed to Sales.

Market Understanding: deep understanding of the Israeli market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
Strategic Thinking: capability to identify and target companies with high growth potential and future unicorns.
Proven ability to navigate the fast-paced Israeli market, leverage local business tools, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity to effectively engage high-potential tech companies.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards in digital marketing.
Familiarity with Israeli SMBs and their unique needs and challenges.
Experience with local digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).

Salary : 25.925€ + up to 4.575€ gross/year in bonus
