Role Overview
- Manage the entire sales process—from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Forge strong connections, comprehend client needs, and deliver tailored facility service solutions.
- Proactive prospecting, nurturing relationships, and strategic selling to drive business growth.
- Seek out new opportunities! Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
- Perform building surveys, showcase proposals, and successfully close sales by addressing client needs and overcoming any objections.
- Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
- Carry out competitive analysis and keep up-to-date with the facility maintenance industry.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up with potential clients.
- Work together with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and excellent service delivery for new clients.
- Be the face of City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect with decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to adapt to various work environments (industrial, medical, office, retail, etc.), where air quality and temperature may vary.

- Uncapped commissions with first year earnings $110,000 plus.
