Manage search engine marketing, Facebook/Instagram, email marketing, and other marketing activities for home builders and developers across North America
Manage budgets, ad targeting, and creative
Provide top-notch customer service and empathy for builder partners
Manage the creation of campaigns based on client goals
Maintain accuracy of price points, community status, and any listed features
Track, report, and analyze website analytics on all social campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget and estimating monthly costs
Optimize copy and images for social campaigns to maximize ROI
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights for paid search campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
Perform ongoing keyword discovery and expansion
Requirements
Home builder experience required
3+ years of proven digital marketing experience and success driving traffic that converts
2+ years of previous experience with both paid search and social advertising
Experience with Google Analytics
experience with Google Data Studio a plus
Strong analytical, technical, and written communication skills
Willingness to learn from our proven team members and also an ability to self-teach when provided with great resources to draw from
