Client Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.
Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist clients with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning to help achieve their advertising goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client.
Requirements
In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.
Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).
Structured and analytical mindset.
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and German.
