Role Overview
- Own a portfolio of initiatives within the Risk-Based Financial Products
- Drive strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Translate customer and business needs into scoped features
- Collaborate with risk, finance, and data science teams
- Partner with teams to define, deliver, and scale financial products
- Build business cases and forecast P&L outcomes
- Lead agile development teams in the execution of MVPs
- Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights in product strategy
- Measure success by balancing customer-impact metrics with business outcomes
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of product management experience in a modern, data-driven organization
- Experience building financial, risk, or card products in a B2B or embedded context
- Proven ability to drive execution in cross-functional environments
- Experience decomposing complex initiatives into small, testable features
- Familiarity with agile processes and modern product discovery techniques
- Clear, structured communication skills
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus
