Account Manager – DACH

Role Overview

• You manage Sales & Customer Success — from the initial consultation to long-term support.
• You advise parents and students, recommend the best learning solutions, and match them with suitable tutors.
• You close deals, excite families about tutoring packages, and successfully finalize contracts.
• You strengthen customer retention, manage your client portfolio, and optimize the learning experience.
• You increase revenue through upselling strategies and actively drive referrals.

Requirements

• Excellent German skills (C2) — you communicate confidently with German-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.
• Sales mindset & self-initiative — you love persuading people, actively grow your client base, and set ambitious goals.
• Strong communication skills — you persuade, listen attentively, find solutions, and build trust.
• Experience in sales or customer support (advantageous) — any prior exposure to sales or customer service is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous) — if you have worked with CRM tools, you’ll be well prepared.
