Prepare reports consolidating project information and PMO controls;
Verify and evaluate projects based on a methodology implemented by the contractor, identifying potential deviations and proposing mitigation actions;
Map and model processes;
Deliver executive presentations and represent management in strategic, tactical, and operational forums;
Conduct periodic management meetings to report contract status;
Prepare reports with key indicators for monthly management review meetings;
Organize and lead supplier, planner, consultant, and leadership forums;
Consolidate and disseminate lessons learned from projects;
Record and monitor monthly project performance, highlighting progress, risks, solutions, and challenges;
Support the dissemination of best practices and work standards;
Control deliverables across all project phases, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines;
Train teams in tools and work processes;
Evaluate projects based on implemented methodologies, identifying deviations and proposing mitigation actions;
Represent management in strategic, tactical, and operational forums.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience coordinating and managing projects while supporting project teams;
Experience with Project Management software;
Office Suite
advanced (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
MS Project;
SAP systems;
Project Management software;
Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
