You independently manage our inbox and ensure that all inquiries are handled reliably and in a timely manner.
As part of claims handling, you review incoming requests and coordinate the subsequent process.
You also take incoming calls and act as an important point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders.
You support the Claims team's day-to-day activities and actively contribute to achieving our shared goals.
You also support the optimization of our Customer Support and Claims processes, helping us continuously improve the customer experience.

Ideally, you have experience with common MS Office applications.
You have German language skills (spoken and written) at a minimum of C1 level.
