Conduct procurements both for the public sector and private sector beneficiaries of EU funding;
Prepare procurement documents, incl contracts;
Consult tenderers in procurements;
Provide advice on public contract performance;
Conduct legal analysis;
Main fields of law: procurement law, contract law, construction law, intellectual property law.
Requirements
BA in law and preferably you are at least a first-year student of MA;
Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills;
You feel comfortable with Estonian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written;
Some knowledge of public procurement law and interest to become a professional in that area. Experience in using the Estonian E-Procurement System would be an advantage;
Willingness to work with clients from both the public and private sectors and interest in implementing projects from various sectors;
Ability to explain legal requirements to different parties/clients, both orally and in writing, in understandable language;
Knowing how to manage your time, set priorities, and be solution-oriented.
