- Negotiate service agreements with providers (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Facilities)
- Monitor supplier payment terms
- Analyze and prepare indicators and KPIs
- Monitor SLAs
- Strong interaction with HR, IT, Maintenance, Legal and Finance
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel
- Intermediate English; Spanish is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Organized
- Availability for at least 2 years of internship
