Review and monitor revenue performance and key subscription metrics (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU).
Act as a business partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing visibility and actionable insights.
Own the budgeting and forecasting process for your assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow).
Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review deck to the executive team.
Implement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions.
Identify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools.
Drive cost awareness and control, tracking synergies during integration of new acquisitions.
Collaborate with the finance team on the evolution of our budgeting/forecasting tools.
Support the rollout of our new ERP system (NetSuite) by reviewing processes, identifying improvements, and working with local finance teams.
Reinforce internal controls, especially around revenue recognition.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and collaborate with the Data team on DWH validation and reporting.
