About this role

Support the commercial team in pre-sales activities: technical meetings, requirements gathering, presentations and proposals.
Design and validate solutions based on SUSE, Rancher and Kubernetes technologies.
Participate in POCs and technical workshops with strategic customers.
Produce technical documentation, reference architectures and executive presentations.
Connect customer requirements with the company’s product and services portfolio.
Collaborate with SUSE to align roadmaps and identify joint opportunities.
Support the technical upskilling of internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Advanced English (reading, writing and technical conversation).
Proven experience with:
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES)
Rancher / Kubernetes
SUSE platform technologies (NeuVector / Longhorn / Harvester / SUSE Manager)
Experience in technical pre-sales / infrastructure and enterprise platform consulting.
Strong communication skills, strategic vision and a consultative profile.

Required:
At least one valid SUSE certification:
SUSE Certified Administrator (SCA)
SUSE Certified Engineer (SCE)
Preferred:
CKA – Certified Kubernetes Administrator
CKAD – Certified Kubernetes Application Developer
CompTIA Linux+
LPI Linux Essentials / LPIC-1 / LPIC-2
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)
