About this role
Role Overview
Act proactively to pursue new business opportunities.
Record all interactions with clients, update the CRM system and monitor the progress of negotiations.
Use Google Calendar to schedule videoconferences.
Schedule visits.
Research and gather information about potential clients.
Prospect for potential clients.
Conduct market research.
Participate in industry meetings.
Prepare monthly reports summarizing the area’s results.
Prepare commercial/sales proposals.
Identify client expectations and needs.
Establish strategies and actions for each potential client.
Supervise and coordinate accounts and sales opportunities for new products and services.
Assist in the development and/or improvement of processes.
Participate in the development of the organization's strategic plan.
Negotiate and manage contract renewals.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma.
Preferred: Currently enrolled in a university/college degree program.
Proactivity, organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and understand the services offered by IPV7.
Ability to initiate contact with potential clients appropriately and professionally, whether by phone, email, social media or in person.
Ability to explain products or services in detail, highlighting their benefits and advantages for clients.
Ability to understand needs: listen carefully to clients to comprehend their specific needs and challenges, adapting the sales approach accordingly.
Effectively lead the sales closing process, overcoming objections and encouraging the client to make a purchase decision.
