Support the wider eCommerce team in execution of this plan through Samsung.com and Performance Marketing channels.
Help complete commercial priorities within the category, and effectively brief agency teams to deliver them.
Support HEA manager in Merchandising, UX and Performance Marketing, holding them accountable to targets.
Regularly report against performance targets to ensure sales objectives are being met.
Help drive innovation and web development performance for Samsung.com: Assist in the delivery of new web capabilities and functionality enhancements, leading cross-agency projects (UX, design, and frontend dev) to optimise conversion, site speed, and user experience.
