About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of our financial data
- Lead monthly closing processes with rigor and high standards
- Produce and validate consolidated reporting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
- Analyze variances (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify performance levers
- Propose concrete action plans to operational teams
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance in real time
- Lead our budgeting process and coordinate the annual budget
- Act as a business partner to the different departments
- Anticipate financial needs through reliable cash flow forecasts
- Build financial models and scenario simulations
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions
- Formulate concrete recommendations based on analysis
- Build and develop a team of talented professionals
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in financial controlling/FP&A, ideally with experience in audit/consulting and in-house roles
- Strong command of Google Sheets and financial modeling (complex datasets, scenarios, sensitivities)
- Exceptional rigor and high standards
- Strong ability to collaborate with an accounting team
- Ability to turn complexity into clear, impactful messages
- Rigour, organization and strong prioritization in a demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills, adapted to all types of stakeholders (founders, executive committee, field teams)
- Proactivity, curiosity and strong business acumen
- Professional-level English (for investors and international stakeholders)
- Natural leadership and a desire to develop others
