Requirements
1+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort learning new software platforms quickly — experience with content management systems and integrations are a plus (ex. Wordpress, shopify, and common CRMs)
A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, and/or paid media) or a genuine eagerness to learn
A track record of being reliable, organized, and thorough in your work
Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus!)
Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and a friendly and sunny disposition
