Product Manager

Role Overview

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Define and manage an outcome-driven roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Operations to ship high-quality, scalable features.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Turn data and insights into product improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization.
• Simplify complexity, communicate trade-offs clearly, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Operate confidently in Figma and Jira, applying agile methodologies throughout development.
