About this role
Role Overview
- Facilitate interactions between members on the Le Club platform
- Respond to questions and requests via private and public messages
- Moderate content posted by members
- Propose and manage initiatives to engage the community across the Veepee ecosystem (website, app and social networks — notably Instagram & TikTok)
- Implement new activities with partner brands (e.g., contests, product testing, events, surveys)
- Contribute to the evolution of the gamification system (e.g., new missions, new statuses to earn rewards…)
- Analyze community activity results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications or Digital Marketing (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Highly organized, with strong reactivity, proactivity and curiosity
- Fluent in French with impeccable written spelling and grammar
- Empathetic — able to anticipate sensitive issues and respond appropriately
- Creative and able to adapt to an editorial line
